Algarve holiday resort - Quinta da Encosta Velha
Quinta da Encosta Velha is a Golf & Leisure holiday resort located within Parque da Floresta Golf & Leisure resort in the Western Algarve. The holiday resort overlooks the front nine holes of Parque da Floresta's 18 hole golf course.
The resort has four communal swimming pools to choose from, each located within walking distance of the relevant property. There are ample children's activities on offer which can be booked on arrival at the resort, as well as Golf, Tennis, Bowling, and Football.

Our holiday accommodation is provided in luxury two and three bedroom townhouses and three, four and five bedroom luxury villas with private swimming pools.
All holiday properties have cable/satellite TV with free view channels (English & Portuguese), DVD players, wireless internet facilities, fully equipped kitchens with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and a washing machine.

Children
Parque da Floresta have a dedicated children’s club.
Tennis
Four floodlit tennis courts, with a choice of hard surface or artifical. Group or private lessons are available.
Golf
Parque da Floresta has its own 18 hole par 71 course which is 4381 yards long. Complete with a driving range boasting five covered and ten outdoor bays, target greens, three practice greens and a short game practice area. There is also a pro shop, clubhouse and restaurant.
Bowls
Two superb all weather Greengauge greens attract bowlers of all abilities and beginners are actively encouraged to take up the game. Expert tuition is available, as well as organised matches between individuals, groups or visiting clubs.
Spa
Spa Floresta has an extensive list of treatments with a full range of alternative therapies to choose from.
Football
Mark McCarrick, ex professional footballer with WBA, Lincoln City, Birmingham City and Tranmere Rovers runs a Soccer School at Parque da Floresta which is a fun but challenging course. Open to boys and girls from 4 - 16 years. Learn basic skills - running with the ball, passing, dribbling and shooting - team games and match day games - Coaching by qualified coach, certificate wth photo and presentation evening.
